  • Paul Brender is a private lawyer and patent engineer who devotes his practice to supporting innovation and creation.

    He assists start-ups, SMEs and ETIs with all their industrial property issues (patents, trademarks, designs and models), literary and artistic property (copyright and related rights), as well as digital law (data, IT contracts), commercial law and media law (audiovisual in particular), whether as advisor or litigator.

    Paul BRENDER has been a member of the Rennes Bar Council since 2023 and President of the Bar Incubator Association since 2018.

    He is also a lecturer at the University of Rennes, teaching “technology transfer contracts” in the DJCE program and “European industrial property litigation” in the Master II program.
